Our commitment to that customer is to work with schools to provide the training, innovate thinking and people skill development tools that translate into an experience in a salon that brings the customer back. Ultimately back to you.
To accomplish this we need to attract young creative people to our industry. We need to connect with those passionate about teaching our craft. Then help those teachers to inspire an artisan commitment in their students, a commitment to evolve as a person and an artist.
