Forty years ago Leo Passage and Frank Cairo met at a competition. The two men hit it off, sharing a passion for competition and evolving our industry.
The quest to inspire an artisan spirit in the lives of people in our industry forged the path that these two men have walked.
Each man believing that improving education is the key to traveling his path successfully.
For Leo this has meant creating Pivot Point, for Frank it meant selling his salons and taking the plunge by committing to creating schools that champion our industry as a career choice for young creative people. OTC was launched to support that vision by supplying the schools with the best building blocks possible. Building blocks that spark a desire in teachers and their students to be artisans in their craft.
Taking on the Pivot Point Canada role is a natural extension of OTC's commitment to our industry and the vision that education, tools and ideas need to come together in a manner that creates an experience in the salon that brings the customer back… ultimately back to you.
